There is something fantastic going on in the photographic community to help those in need this holiday season, cans for comments. The idea has spread all over North America and is now being featured on tons of blogs and since the Kamps mentioned it, I thought that it was an idea worth getting involved it too but I’m putting a little different spin on it (c’mon, you know that I always have to be a little different, right?!)! I know that there are so many food drives during the holidays and since my pets (two kitties and a doggie) bring me so much joy and I know that the Winnipeg Humane Society needs help too, I will be donating pet food! Starting right now (December 10th, 2008) for every comment that is left on the blog for the next 10 days, until December 19th 12 days (I’m extending it so that we can reach 100!), until December 21st at midnight (I’m upping the ante Kamps!), Red Photo Co. (that’s me) will donate one can of dog or cat food to the Winnipeg Humane Society
Feel free to pass this on to anyone and everyone else too..more comments equals more food for dogs and cats in need! I will do my best to post something new everyday so that you all have stuff to comment on as well so come back often! You can check out the Kamp’s blog as they are also participating and your comments on their blog will give food to Winnipeg Harvest! I’ll do my best to keep you updated and take a photo of all of the food that I’ve collected thanks to all of you! xo

UPDATE! 64 comments in the last 10 days which means we need 36 more to break 100!I’m extending this until Sunday night…we can do it!!!!
