Weddings are traditionally a celebration of love…and what better way to celebrate an upcoming wedding than with those that you love the most! This engagement session was filled with dandelion picking, giggling, eating ice cream and a good old game of scrabble. Throw in some curiosity about geese, a swing on a ufo-shaped disc and some kissing amongst the lilac bushes and it was one fun filled afternoon indeed…

JPulia, as they’ve affectionately named by friends, got married!!!
These two are a team, and teamwork is evident in their renovation projects, and certainly in the details of their wedding! Every detail for this lovely brunch wedding was thought of, and often it was JP executing, with extreme precision, Julia’s vision. JP even lazer cut ALL of the place cards, as well as the cover for their guest book!
The details were stunning, beginning with the vintage postcard invitations, the doilies repurposed as bunting, amazing florals, china tea cups holding the tea bag that corresponds to your table, and the list goes on…
We’re so happy to have been able to celebrate your day with you! Have a wonderful life together!
Tasty frozen treats (from Sargent Sundae, one of our favourites!), laughing with their son and a jaunt around Assiniboine Park with balloons of the very best colour of all? Yes, all of those things made up Kevin & Ali’s engagement session a few weeks back!
To put it simply, Tony & Jackie are awesome! Their engagement session included pumpkin ice cream at Sargeant Sundae(that’s why you visit them in autumn folks…REAL PUMPKIN ICE CREAM!), a bit of strolling through Assiniboine Park, some thumb wrestling, and a trip to Canlan Ice Sports for some slow dancing on the indoor soccer pitch where they spend a lot of their time in the winter. We all had a TON of fun…after all, isn’t that what love is all about?!
